This Privacy Policy explains how Veralix j.d.o.o. ("we") handles your information when you use Hairly (the "Service"). We only collect what we need to give you your Face-Shape Report.
1. What we collect
- Quiz answers: your styling preferences and choices.
- Photos you pick on the website: shown as previews in your browser only; they are never uploaded to our servers.
- Email address: to send your activation code, receipts and subscription emails.
- Payment details: collected and processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
- Basic usage/device data and ad click IDs: for security, analytics and ad measurement.
2. Your photo & biometric data
Photos selected on our website stay on your device and are not uploaded. Photos you use inside the app are processed only to generate your hairstyle previews, are never sold, are not used to identify you and are not shared for advertising.
3. How we use your information
To provide the Service, deliver your activation code, provide support, process payments, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and, where permitted, measure and improve our ads and Service.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: payments (Stripe), subscription management (RevenueCat), email delivery (Resend), hosting, database, and analytics/advertising platforms. They may process data only on our instructions.
5. Advertising & cookies
We may use cookies and advertising pixels (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to measure campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser and opt out of interest-based ads via each platform's settings.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these, email support@gethairly.app.
7. Data retention & security
We keep your email, quiz answers and order records as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
